I just asked Miscia what she thought of this and she looked at me as if to say "What? Are you NUTS? Let's put a plasma television on the table with 24 hour Animal Planet and then we'll talk..."

No but seriously - I think they're too cuddles oriented for that to work... We've found a family friend that will come by for a half-hour to an hour each day, and cut short the trip so it's only four days they'll be alone so hopefully that will be sufficient... Thanks for the help and suggestions though!!
