There is a product called 'Urine Off' created specifically for these situations and omg it's the best! The only thing that got the smell out when my stressed kitty peed on our lounge. We tried everything and nothing got the smell out except this stuff. We bought it online, not cheap but not overly expensive either, don't quote me but from memory I think it was about $30 for 500mls??

I'd also definitely get him desexed asap.
