hhmmm, in all honesty i think it is strange that the vet is taking a sit and wait approach. our cat developed eclampsia and we were told to rush her in asap for a calcium injection. we were advised not to let her feed the kittens for 24 hours as well though.
watch out for possible mastitis too if she isn't currently feeding. the cat got this the following night...
good luck sweet and the moment you see her shaking and going downhill take her to the vet. things can go wrong with eclampsia really quickly.
