If you are concerned I would be taking him to a vet ASAP, they can get him to vomit and hopefully eradicate anything, bring the rest of the mince with you and see if there is anything inside it... if there are green/blue pellets you should be very wary... If you want, you should chuck some gloves on and check the rest of the mince to see if you can find something before taking him to a vet (it can get expensive at this time of the night, but then again life saving). If I were at where I used to work (an emergency after hours vet) I would suggest bringing him & the mince in.
Toxins can be deadly and there are some things that can be seen ahead, however if its something like rat bait, it would be too late if you did see the signs.
Signs of a toxin can be: shaking, excessive drooling, eating grass, vomitting, diarrhoea, excessive drinking, seizures, lethargy, reduced awareness of surroundings, depression, inability to settle and unconsciouness....

he ate rat poison when he was younger and ended up in emergency. i will have a look through the mince(its very very smelly).
im hoping maybe the neighbour just threw it over to get rid of it and not to poison my boy.
my dh isn't even home yet from work so i have no car atm.
Hopefully no poison and just someone wanting to get rid of off meat. People are weird like that and think its ok to chick over the fence. Hope all is ok with your dog.

man it stunk sooooo bad.. i now have incence on and had to spray all around the house with air freshener.....
he is being very normal at the moment.
