Thanks everyone for the suggestions!! Have had a talk with DP & we've come up with;

White chicken - Foofa
Black chicken - Cybil
Red chicken - Henny Penny (Really, what else could one call their first red hen?!)
and the last one....

....Mab!

I love them already, clucking & scratching away...
