Call an emergency vet now. It could be parvo.
My puppy got it and not to scare you but it can kill puppies. Is there any blood in the poo? If there is then it is very serious. it is very scary but they can make it.
ETA- I should add that my puppy got it at the same age as you and the entire litter got it. I thought it must have been just something he ate as he was fine one day but they deteriate (sp?) quite quickly.

Hope Chuckie is okay.
GRs/Labs will put anything in their mouths , could he have eaten something that didn't agree with him? My baby got sick from eating a sausage. Her body can't process high fat foods.
Is he still drinking water?
In my area there is a 24 hour Vet I can call? Is there something like that in your area?
Parvovirus is common in my area, I'm not sure of the symptoms of this virus, perhaps you could google it. I pray that it isn't parvovirus.

*edit* sorry for similar info as BellaB, must have typed at the same time. The puppies I've known who have had parvovirus have survived. They just required a stay at the vets to be monitored and medication.
There are many illnesses that can cause vomiting and diarrhoea in dogs but like babies, puppies can go down hill very quickly. Best to contact a vet and get him checked out to be sure and prevent dehydration etc. If it is something as serious as parvo then the sooner he is checked the better as it is very nasty. Hope he gets better quickly!!!
Symptoms of parvo is vomiting and diahrea (sp?) most commonly with blood in the feaces (sp?).
It is awful to see puppies so ill.
How long have you had him home for? Have you been out to parks or out of the house? Where did you get your puppy from? Is there anyway you can contact the breeder or pet shop in the morning to find out how any other puppies in the litter are?
thanks for your replies, can't stop crying i'm such a sook. I rang the vet and he said to monitor him overnight (as much I can) and not give him anything to eat and only tiny bits of water. Vet thinks it's probably bacterial. But if I get worried ring him again and he'll meet me in there.
Just took Chuck outside and he his pooh was just liquid- can't see no blood. It was so liquid it was like water.
Has vomited pretty much everything and it's just liquid too.
Haven't taken him out anywhere he has just been in the backyard, but he eats the grass, dirt and weeds when he's out there. I try to stop him but it's hard cos it's constant. Feel like it's my fault from not protecting him enough
oh hun it is not your fault. Things like this happen.
No blood is a good sign. During the night can you put some newspaper down inside for him. It sounds like whatever he has is really taken it out of him. Keep offering water if he will take it. Lots of cuddles for both of you
Oh Em, it's not your fault. These things happen my baby has been sick with what Chuckie is going through atm a few times now. It is scary not knowing what to do.
When you mentioned eating grass, weeds etc some weeds can be harmful... I can't recall the one we had to ensure wasn't in the backyard (it's too late to call Mum to verify).

I'd probably see if you can get him to the vet tomorrow, if his diarrhea is that runny he will get dehydrated very quickly, especially if he is still vomiting everything up.
Hi Em - how did you go you? I can totally sympathise with you, I have 2 choc labradors and when our first one was a little puppy (probably about the same age as yours) he got sick and had vomiting and diarrhea too. It was horribly scary and the vet told us the EXACT same thing yours did. The next step was just rice and chicken for food and see if he kept that down and lots and lots of rest. In the end, he pooed out one of DH's socks!!! I have NO IDEA how he got that, I would guess when the washing was hung out it was dropped on the ground and he ate it. Seriously, it was massive.......no wonder he felt so sick. Our first puppy had a nasty and naughty habit of eating anything he could get his hands on, luckily our second puppy wasn't so bad. It's strange though - he knew not to touch our shoes, handbags, that sort of thing, but had trouble with socks, underwear and handkerchiefs. Hope your little one is okay. Xx

I forgot to mention the bland food, I made up a big serving and I'm sure that my baby made sure she got better quick smart so she didn't have to eat it again.
Rice is also good to stop the grass from yellowing when they go to the toilet.
Thanks everyone I was so upset last night. Took Chuck to the Vets first thing this morning only just got back. Chuck's staying in because they want to rule out parvo and are giving him barium contrast to do an x-ray. Poor little boy, feels so lonely coming home without him. But hopefully they can fix him up so he can come home soon.

If he did then you shouldnt be having to pay any vet expenses for Chuckie.

I got him from a breeders when he was 8 weeks. But never heard of the 14day health warranty but if so he'd be past that anyway. The other puppies in his litter got flown all over the country so would be hard to track them all down.
Before you have pets it's hard to see why people get so attached to their pets- but yeah once you have them you can totally understand- I was crying to DH last night, and DH told me it was ok and that it's like he is our baby so it is understandable that I was upset. But I do feel a bit stupid for crying, gosh imagine what i'll be like when I have a baby.
