I have two cats and in the last few weeks one of them has been weeing in the house and I don't no if its a big coincidence but he/she keeps weeing on ds things. First it was the changetable mat then the cot mattress ds had been asleep on on the loungeroom floor when it was really hot for 2 weeks so we were all camping under the a/c and tonight I came home to the blanket that ds lays on for floor time screwed up and wet.

I have a sneaking suspicion i no which one it is though, my little female cat is gorgeous and i love her to bits but she's not affectionate and a rarely pick her up coz she's really awkward and when i do she goes rigid and tries to get away. My big male cat however is my baby. He's big and fluffy and cuddly and before ds was born i would hold and cuddle him all the time whether he liked it or not (most of the time he didn't lol) but now ds is here unfortunately the only time i have to give them my undivided attention is in bed at night and even then I'm so tires i just want to sleep. So anyway i think its him, basically coz when i say my little girl is little i mean little, she's tiny and these wees are massive there is not way she can have that much bodily fluid lol

both of them are desexed, and i no male cats can still 'spray' regardless but this is actually urine, it stinks and there's heaps of it.

Is it possible he's jealous of ds getting 99.9% of my attention? Are cats even that smart? That's the only explanation i have for it, unless like i said before its just a huge coincidence it happens to be on things that ds lays on all the time.

can anyone shed some light on why he might be doing this coz I'm stumped
And how can I get him to stop?

Oh and btw they do have a litter tray which is cleaned all the time so its not like they don't have anywhere else to go.
