It's an outside pond, so I can't take the aquarium in. She's home tomorrow, so I've cleared out some of the clovery stuff that was on top of the water, and put a couple of buckets of fresh water in. Her brother also recommended watching them for the day to make sure they don't drown

"Your honor, the defendant had a clear disregard for the natural environment of the said fish, by her own admission haphazardly clearing out some of the "clovery stuff" (a true fish lover would know it's name!) and throwing in "a couple of buckets" of water into the pond!! Water! In a pond!!! Clearly she is not of right mind as she actually admits contemplating spending an ENTIRE DAY watching the poor little creatures in case they drowned. I submit to the court that she was actually HOPING they would drown and that she actually had a handicam ready just in case "

    Guilty.
