A snake

Of all the pets DS16 buys a snake. His licence should arrive today, he just can't wait to pick it up. I just keep having visions of his snake getting out and I find it slithering around the house, you may just hear me screaming, wish me luck.

My brother has two pet snakes. One escaped into the backyard and he found it 6 months later. Saw a snake slithering by and thought, hey I think that looks familiar... picked the snake up, cuddled it, put it back into the snake tank. I was beside myself with worry... but it really was his pet snake returning. Bizarre.

They are beautiful creatures. I am considering getting one, but with travel etc at the moment, I can't quite justify it.

It's here, we literally got back 10min ago. It's only a baby so it's sort of cute (can't believe I said that) for now till it grows bigger. He's trying to convince me to hold it not gonna happen.

We have 2 pet snakes! They are super cool! What kind of snake is it DS?

It's a Brindle Python, nearly 1yr old. At the moment it's nameless, DS needs to wait a few months to find out the sex. I'm still not real comfortable with it up close but am surprised how I'm warming up to it.

My brother is starting up a reptile business with his girlfriend. He has heaps of snakes and lizards and other things like ****roaches uughhh. I can handle the snakes but I just want to stomp on the ****roaches lol

Are you sure it is a Brindle Python and on license. Brindle Pythons are not an Australian species and your not meant to have them.

DD2s dad has just regimes a pair of 3yr old Bredlis - he got them when they were 18mths old and hated him with a passion. It didn't matter what he did with them they but him everytime he handled them.

Turns out they hadn't been handled enough when they were younger

He was gutted as he's kept snakes for 15yrs and never had any problems with his others.
