    From what I understand of the MAP its a strong dose of the common contraception pill and not something else. I found this out when I was given 4 tablets of my old pill one time and told that was the MAP .

    I would see someone about it though so either a Pharmacist or a Dr that way you can discuss all your concerns with someone "in the know"

    I think your right nanenae and its the progesterone only pill so people are better off seeing a pharmacist i they aren't sure what type of contraceptive pill they are on. Thats why it afects milk supply because it is a whopping does of progesterone

    All appears to be sorted I talked to the pharmacist and she said that if bub is sleeping through the night without waking for feeds, to just take both pills at once (instead of spreading them out over 24 hours or whatever it is) after her last feed for the night and then to feed her in the morning, or if I'm *really* concerned, to pump and dump first thing in the morning and then go on as normal.

    Thanks so much for your advice, ladies So much easier to find out that I didn't need a script and just go straight to the chemist to get her advice!!
