all i know is im not in an estate, what i do know is my house is only around 18 months old we have been here since feb and it was a year old then, theres alot of new houses around here im just not sure if its an estate i dont really know the area

Oh! Well, I'm not really an expert, since I don't even live there yet, but there seems to be the older established houses on one side of the train tracks (the Maccas side), and then the estates like Heritage Springs, Henty Park, Arden Estate and...the one with the blue street lights, on the side closer to the bypass.

I guess you wouldn't necessarily know if you were in an estate if you didn't build/buy it new, I know ours because we bought it and I know some others because they have big signs.

yes thats not far at all im basiclly just on on the other side of the train track

I meant maccas side as in north to south (it probably would be more accurate to say princes...hwy? fwy? I get mixed up...I mean the road that's not the bypass, and the bypass), I think you're saying not on maccas side as in east to west? I think I've adequately confused myself now.
