new 2 gold coast

Hi everybody, I'm Tammy and fairly new 2 the gold coast. I currently ive on the northern end of the coast with my bf and 3 yo son. I also have 2 step children - 7 and 5. I don't know anybody on the coast and would like 2 meet other mums and find some play mates for my son. I have done the play group thing and all the mums seem to be much older than me and didn't really click. So if you would like to chat or have a coffee some time. Im called Tammy too! I have a 6 month old daughter. Never been to a playgroup before, have no idea what to expect, keep putting it off but baby getting bored to death with me. I really do need to go to one. I have heard that there is one in Burleigh? Has anyone heard of it?
