My DH is the old-fashioned type so he didn't want to know. As he said, he doesn't care. We are blessed to have kids in his opinion. I didn't want to know the first time round but I did this time for some reason. Both pregnancies I was very sure that they were/are boys. Don't know what I'll do if its a girl. Burst into tears of joy I suppose. I would love a girl but a boy would be fantastic too.

We will definitely have to organise a meet-up soon. Have you booked in for your P's yet?

    Hiya Ladies,
I live in Townsville too. I have 3 x darlings, 1 at prep, and CourtRach and Mummy19 - looks like we have bubs around the same again (terrible 2's!)
I'd love to get out of the house again, my best mummy-friend just decided to go back to work and my DH suggested I try to make some new friends as I miss her, and our mummy mornings. Do you meet up often? My 2 bubs are in daycare Mon and Thurs, free every other day...
Is everyone enjoying the cold (NOT!)
Best bit - snuggling under doona...
Worst - trying to find PJ's with all buttons on! ARGH!
Alright, better go and get some GRRR housework done...

Mummy19, you sound so much like my sister. She always had to rip the corner off her Christmas presents so she could see what they were.

Welcome, MissWingBat, love the user name. We usually meet up on a Thursday but I'm happy to change or even add a day to get me out of the house. I will do almost anything to avoid housework!! May change my mind when Speedbump arrives though.

Mummy19, is there a park close to you that you can walk to? We could meet there. Or even the closest shopping centre.

    Hiya Ladies,
Thanx for the warm welcome. The username is because I have ears that are pointy like tinkerbell, and my DH calls me WingBat...
I am cool for either Weds or Fri's. I love to get out of the house (and housework too!)
BTW, there is a cool thing for kids coming up at Queens Gardens (Kirwan). I went last year with my bubs and we got free toothbrushes and stuff. The kids really enjoyed it - and it was FREE! I will be going with mine again this year just to get out!
