We are going to Mackay Friday afternoon for the weekend. I am really looking forward to it.

sorry we didn't make it on friday. Declan decided it was his nap time 10 mins before we walked out the door and slept for almost 2 hours! Poor thing would have been so cranky if I had woken him and especially not been in a social or playful mood.
Maybe next time.

Hiya Ladies how is every1's weekend been?
Mine was pretty good! Did some shopping yesterday, went out and visited a friend last night and then popped into town for a little while to see another friend omg license= freedom! He He...and my parents are so great, they dont mind watching the kids for a few hrs (tho it doesnt happen much) im just so damn lucky ...LoL sorry im jabbering on LoL...
Ali~ arghh so now you play the waiting game?? Doesn't thats suck tho pregnancy is one BIG waiting game
Elise~ Damn shame you did not make it Friday maybe this week? Just putting it out there two if anyone wants to have a meet sometime during the week, some were other then lollipops im keen tho i do love lollipops its airconed, and we can let the kids lose while we sit back and chat

HI everyone,
I cant keep up with the post's atm!!
We've been pretty busy ben and i took a day for ourselves and went snorkelling out on the reef, it was amazing and i recommend it to anybody, its def worth the money then we headed out to paluma camping for the night which was great fun and the twins first time and they did sooo well. although brodie our rooster was up at 5 with the birds so a little tired atm. But my babies are 1 next sunday and we're really excited! Already on the transistion from formula to cows milk and doesnt seem to be much drama so far. We got through maybe 3 cans a week of formula. Its so costly.
Alioops.... what makes you suspect your having twins?? I knew at about 9wks I was having twins because I felt so much so early and I was sicker than Ive ever been. A scan at 12wks proved it to be twins, how far along are you now? Be interesting to know if you are or not. If you are having twins I strongly urge you to join the townsville multiple association, they are fantastic and the weekly meetings are fantastic for support and all that. let me know how you go! its a whole new world when you have 2 babies.. i always think on my bad days at least it wasnt triplets!!!
So how is everyone else??? I dont seem to be getting any response to my posts, have i ****ed everyone of by not coming to meets???

Hi Em, how you going hun? Sounds like you had an awesome weekend and the snorkeling sounds great, ive been snorkeling off Green Island (Cairns) and it was so beautiful being so close to the fish etc! Thats great about the transition to cows milk, it surely makes a huge difference in price! Are you still organizing a party for the twins?

Hi Emma,

I suspect because there is family history of twins, at 4w4d I was already obviously starting to pop (I cant do up my pants already!!) Nausea has hit earlier and I think I am more tired than i was with either of the girls, and it's not that I have toddlers to look after tired, last time I had a baby already and was pretty tired but not this tired.

I did something stupid at Castle Town today. Our big double pram is really heavy and I was swinging it up into my boot and I hurt my back. It drills!!

Alioops.. well just maybe you might be!! Now Im looking forward to getting the results of your scan aswell I started getting morning sickness at around 4wks and it lasted until i was around 18wks. We have twins on both our sides and noone told us so when we fell pregnant with the twins everyone was like oh yeah we were waiting for twins to come out somewhere!! Be nice to have known that earlier!!! I was fortunate though weight wise, I was no bigger than a normal pregnancy but on the bad side I had 2 6wk prem tiny babies. Hope it goes well for you, need anything Im around :P I love helping out others who have twins! If you are, just wait for the comments... we had one yest.. a lady said to my DH that the babies must be close in age.. he replied yes they are 2min apart!! Bahahaha.
Anyhow, I have 2 kids who need some tea and they cant decide what they want so looks like Im making the decision!

Emma the reef trip sounds awsome and i am so glad the kids were good camping, we drove up to paluma finally last sunday it was so beautiful and saw the camping grounds and are definately going to try go before dh goes away next yr.

Nicola, hehe my boy turns 2 on the 27th november might def see you there but will let you know closer to the date.

Argh my son is testing my patience lately, still trying to toilet train...getting no where i might add. Kirwan gym is awsome hehe cause i go there jjks!! nah its really good lovely staff.

Hi Girls!!!
Its been a while, and theres some newbies on here I don't even know!!
Telstra have finally connected my internet after 3 weeks of hounding them..argh..
I've just been busy with life in general. My wedding dress came a few weeks ago and was actually too big on me, so maybe its lucky I haven't lost any weight
Now comes the task of finding shoes (can anyone suggest a good shoe shop?) before 4th November, which is my last gown fitting before I leave for Newcastle.
I was going to come to Lollipops on Friday but Nick has swimming lessons at 10am so I can't make it anymore, which sucks!!
Mummy19 - Congrats on your P's!! Im so proud and jealous all at the same time.
Tsv Grl - yeah, that was probably me pounding the pavement!! Have you tryed getting your bub into Carcoola (behind the Mt.Louisa House of Praise)? My friends son goes there and shes happy with them.
