Good! She seems to like it, and when I pulled out the nappies for nap time and home time the carer in the toddler room didn't bat an eyelid! Some CC's dont understand that they go on like a sposie!! I cant wait for there to be room for Em too, she is making me so tired!
Nicola - When this bub is born I will have a 3yo, an almost 2yo and a newborn, and that is all I am having!!! DH is getting the snip after this 1 is born!

woohoo $250!!! Unreal!!!! I won nothing :sad: But, had a nice lunch anyway!! Not sure if we will make it Fri. All my kids still not real well. This cough/snotty nose seems to be lingering for ages. I have it also, but not as bad. Anyway, better go, trying to get my house in a bit of order, have work tomorrow and Mum will be here so the house has to be a bit respectable!!
on the win miss wing bat, i did not even place any bets, was suppose to go for Lunch but DS was up half the night vomiting , and then he spent the whole day on the couch poor little man, hopefuly after another day off rest tomorrow he will be fighting fit by Friday
BTW still a bit under the influence of a few sheberts - but #3 at the hosp sunday night - doc said a severe case of gastro going around TSVL at the mo, and keep bubs/kids/todds hydrated, if they vomit/diar/fever. They have so many ppl up there up there at the mo with this case, so watch out ladies! I had #3 up there, and she said all my fam will def get it in the next week too...
Hydrate, buy icy poles, apple Muuss (purreed apple) and lemonade and get ready!!
She said 13 Health is sending everyone up to emergency for it...

BTW, #3 is fine after 4 days of vomiting, diar and fever... Now on other ## watch!!

Aww thats horrible Miss Wing Bat hope your whole family does not cop it and hope mine dont either Xav got it when he was about 9 months old and it was so scary he was so life-less just pooed and vomitted for a week i was so scared! And was in Brisbane atm with my brother who knows nothing about kids...
Yuck - have heard that the vomiting and diarrhoea is bad atm. Hope we bypass it - this flu/cold thing we have is knocking my lot around enough!! Would die if they ended up with V & D also!! We all had it about 6mths ago, and the kids were so sick it was horrible. Even Dh and I got it and it was nasty. Anyway, sending get better vibes to all your sick kiddies!!!
When Angus got it, it was horrible. He heaved and heaved for days. The only thing he wanted was to BF, and when I was vomiting too we were both so dehydrated!!! Was awful, would hate to revisit that again!! Maybe we will avoid the shops for awhile lol!! How is xav tonight tanya???
Aww that would have sucked when Xav had it he wouldnt tae anything cuz he was bottle feed he wouldnt take bottles, water, food nothing not even hydralites and when i did manage to get something into him he threw it straight back up and pooped it out!!
His not bad his fast asleep been in bed since 6 he fell asleep on the couch 3 times ago he was so very tired!! I wish when they were sick we could click our fingers and take it from them id rather it be me then them! But we went swimming at River way yesterday and i think he swollowed soome water, maybe thats how he got sick!
Well, after being at the hosp all sunday with #3, I went into daycare monday and said, hey, my #3 has gastro, and the doc said to tell her teachers. Her teacher said, hey yeah, we knew, so and so and also so and so had it all this week, so no wonder your child got it. And I said, well, next time can you write it up in the book so at least when it hits, I'm not like, oh, it's ok, its nothing... But I am little bit cranky because she got so sick.... When your daughter don't eat for 3 days and vomits everything up, and you are doing washing sheets every 3 hours, and hey, ppl!!

LIKE they had over half of their room GONE because of this bug!!
Anyways, enough. I just wanted to tell you ladies that if your bubbas vomit, or Diar, get some icy poles and stuff and just start getting them bubbas to drink.... TSVL hosp is so overun at the mo so you wont see no=one for AGES!!
yeh thats true they should have let use no but there is nothing to do t avoid it!! bugs can be passed on before the child carrying is even sick from it and some children are carriers and dont even get sick from it, im guesing some1 had taken there child to river way sick and maybe did not no and it was in the water?!?!
While were discussing sickness i really really hate when people take there chilcren to public places to play such as (lollipops) when they are clearly sick snotty nose etc YUK
