I had psd too. i still have it my hips still dislocate and its been nearly 7 mths. i also had it with my first pregnancy too. i was put on strict bedrest because of the pain it caused.. just rest as much as you can. i know how hard that is to do..

Hello ladies how are we all....i am so tired these kids have decided they dont sleep through...arrgghh!!! Anyway so who wants to catch up next week....time place etc.....i can really only do thursday mornings as mon wed and fri i have no car....tues no kidsand so that leaves thursdays......but that will all change as of may
