* It is a one size fits all.
* It has double leg gussets (which is great for runny newborn poo, if you plan on using with a newborn).
* It has velco waist tabs.
* It is however a all-in-two which basically means that you snap in the boosters and they unsnap to wash and dry, this does mean that they dry quicker than if they were a all-in-one.
* You can buy an extra booster that makes it into a night nappy (I have not done this myself but I will when DD2 arrives).
They are about $36- each but well worth it if you ask me.
(I am not sure if Mel (Arimeh) has any left but she did have them on special in her store.)
At the end of the day it does depend on your baby/child as they really are all different. This nappy however is the only nappy that I have NEVER had a leak from even on long trips and I see will be suitable for both my DD and newborn to share, there are alot of OSFA nappies on the market that really would not be suitable for newborns.
I strongly suggest that if you are in no hurry find the nappy you most want to try and buy 1 or 2 and try it our before spending alot on nappies that may not work for you, then if they work - buy up big!
My favourite OSFM and AIO (all in one) nappy that doesnt need a cover is the GREENKIDS minkee.... so beautiful!!! AND the Pop-ins! They're awesome and both work well for night nappies for us too.... good luck and have fun!!!
MCN's are the best We are full time MCN's and just love them.
so where is the cheapest place to buy the greenkids and blueberry's? I've just looked at one store that has a pretty big mark up, so I don't think I'll be going there!!!
I'm guessing it's pockets you want seeing as you're in this thread. Pockets are great as they dry quick and the multifit ones that snap down at the front are great value cos they will last a long time!
I'm loving blueberry pockets! I'm quite smitten with them. They didn't really fit bub till she was 8weeks though but now they are fantastic and we will get a long time from them I think. BumG's are a good nappy but IMO they haven't stood up to the test of time and are very shabby. The newer ones out are meant to be a bit better.
All in ones aren't one size fits most generally. There will be a bit of reconstructing after you wash as you need to adjust the boosters as bubby grows.
I think I said this in another thread of yours but I reccon you can get a couple and see what you think. I understand the apprehension as I was exactly the same. Where abouts are you located? I'm wondering if you are close to an online store as many of them do drop in shopping too. Best thing I ever did was check them out IRL first and I left with a huge armful
Hey thaks for replying again. I'm located in Ormeau between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I know I'm being obssessive but we are a bit strapped for cash so I'm hoping I hit the jackpot with the brand I go for first as we aren't really in a position to be shopping around too much.
When you say the one size fits all aren't all in ones.... am I right in saying the only thing you have to do is insert the liner into the pocket? or is there more to it than that???
Sorry to ask so many questions, just want to be sure... also what were you talking about with the drop in shopping??? that sounds very interesting...
