DS1 is nearly 4 and DS2 nearly 2 and 1/2 and they have been sharing a room and king single at there own decison and idea for about 2 months now.

DS2 has co slept mostly since birth and only got him into his cot in Feb this year!

We have issues some nights with them annoying each other and fighting and throwing toys out of bed etc but all in all it seems to work well and they sleep well together. Some nights they take hrs and lots of putting back into bed and light off but not all the time.

Plan always was for kids to share a room but was planning on waiting until DS2 was sleeping better! But has slept better since being in bed with DS1.
