DS requests the biggest most plump pillow every night to the point his almost sitting up also requires two of the plump pillows. When I go to bed his halfway down the mattress sleeping on no pillows and his comfort blanket draped across his neck. Rest of his body completely exposed. He moves around a lot and just about always ends up back in the original position after each rolling around trying to get comfy.
DD is a sideways sleeper, or a hang half the body of the bed sleeper or and upside down sleeper or a sleep in mum n dads bed sleeper. You get the drift....
Dd2 9 weeks hardly moves at all and I wake several times to check she's still alive.
Lol danita, 10wo DS is a pretty still sleeper too, once he's asleep. In the beginning he thrashes around and grunts and snorts, I have no idea how it helps him get to sleep!
The child's pose is what I used to do. I think it's called that because children are much better proportioned for it to be comfortable lol. There's a little boy at DD's daycare that sleeps like that for nap time every day, so cute!
i never knew it was called that (just googled it), but both mine do the child's pose - bum up in the air. however if ds is in our bed he wants to put his feet in the back of my pj pants, yeah not comfortable for me.
