DD2 turned 3 in Feb and I "enforce" a sleep every second day. by enforce, I mean she goes to her bed for "quiet time". I tell her she doesn't have to sleep but can play quietly. I close her curtains to assist with the quiet time and without fail she is asleep within 5-10mins.

My DS was 3 in feb too and We do this on the weekends too!! He still sleeps for 2 hours when he does sleep and at school
