    Hi

Congrats to JLK on the arrival of your DD! Lovely name

MO4 - thats great your scan went so well!

Beata - my DH was almost totally against having another and we had only just had a big talk about it a couple of weeks ago and he was saying how he didn't want to go through another pg again and the stress etc. He is really happy now though so it was kind of lucky this was a surprise and we didn't have to actually put any thought into it otherwise it may not have happened (well I probably would have got my way eventually but who knows when that might have been?)

Butterfly - thats cute with your kids seeing bubs waving at them but what a long wait! I'm not looking forward to getting back into my ob visits as he was always running behind and now with a toddler to keep amused it will be even more annoying.

Big hi to Laney and all the other lovely ladies!

AFM I am still sick with a quite bad cough. Went to the GP again today as my ribs are killing me and apparently I have bruised where one of the ribs joins the cartilege, hence severe stabbing pain whenever I cough. Also I have pulled a muscle down in my groin area near my hip so that is also giving me excruciating pain whenever I cough or move too fast. Unfortunately due to the pg I cant take anything but panadol and wait it out
On another note my HCG came back at 6820 which I think is an okay number and after saying I wasn't going to have the dating scan, I ended up booking it for next Friday lol. I rang them and they bulk bill so I thought why not!

Anyway, DD whinging so better go.

Teni - awesome girl. So so good to see you in here. Have your feet even touched the ground yet? Hugs to you and Scotty Duck. The journey ahead is well and truly harrowing....

Angel Luke's Mum - Congrataulations on your sneaky BFP. I think that's even better than one you've really been hanging out for. Imagine the surprise.... well I suppose you don't have too! Good luck my sweet. Will you be having a cerclage again? I had one in at 14 weeks for this pregnancy and all seems to be going well. Be thinking of you. I am the same - always sick at the beginning of the pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck for next Friday....

Butterfly- I really love the mental image of your kids just being amazed that your little one was waving at them. How mind blowing for them!

Beata - good luck with convincing DH about the next one..... I love the new photo of Cam.

Laney - that is awesome about your DH feeling baby kick! I have nutured of late a disco baby. Lots of frequent movements all at once. It looks like my tummy is possessed. It is just so nice to watch.... but feels a bit odd at times. LOL.

JLK - congrats on the birth of Tehya. Hope you are all doing well.

Beata did a really good summary of the rest of us in here, lurking.

M04 - glad your scan went well....

AFM - had my 2 hour GTT today. Got through it ok although my once good veins have disappeared and now it's a bit like hide and seek trying to find one... oh well. I am loving our little disco baby. Still can't believe that 30 weeks applies to me..... amazing to think I have been off work for 23 weeks. Anyway, sorry for not too many persies. Take care of yourselves and hope to hear from you soon.

Darn I slack off on the posting and look what I miss.

Congratulations to JLK on the safe arrival of little Tehya.

Welcome and Congrats to TeniBear and Angel Luke's Mum.

Hope everyone else is traveling well.

AFM it's a long story but I guess the most important thing is that I'm still here.

Congratulations to Starbright on the arrival of your DD.

I hope I haven't missed anyone and I'm so sorry if I have.

    Hi ladies!!!

    Just popping in quickly!!

Big Wahhoooo to Jlk!!! It has been a very looong and trying journey for you- i am so happy for you and DH that you have your beautiful healthy little girl safe and sound in your arms at last!!!! I wish you both all the happiness and joy that a new bub brings!!! xoxoxoxoxoxo

Congrats to TeniBear + Angel Lukes Mum.. welcome to the rollercoaster ride!!! You will find this thread is your haven- a safe place to share your fears and celebrate each tiny happy milestone and achievment as you plod along through your pregnancies!! All the best to you both and i hope you both have an uneventful next 8-9 months or so and that you are blessed with your precious babies to bring home xoxoxxo

Dory.... WOW 30 weeks!!!!! That is fantastic!!! I know you never thought you would see 30 weeks!!! It must feel very surreal!! Keep powering on!!! I hope you get good results back from you GD test!!

Laney... So glad to hear all is going well for you too and that both you and DH are feeling loads of kicks!! Such a nice yummy feeling!!!

Butterfly... Boo on the long wait at the clinic- but YAY for a good scan!!!! Its great that your kiddies enjoyed it!!!

Mof4... So happy to hear your scan went well too!! I love good news when i pop in here!!! Everyone here is so deserving of some good news!!!!

AFM... DD is a dream baby- she is feeding really well and sleeping REALLY well!! i am so grateful!! Shane is so far being a great big brother!! He still isnt up for cuddles or holding her yet- (which is making it hard to get a nice family photo!!) but he is very cute when she cries in the car or at nappy changing time he tells her its "ok, Ok, ok" and gives her a little head rub. This morning he did accidently throw a ball at her head though.... so i hope he doesnt keep doing that!!!

I also wanted to share something.. i had a visit from a lovely fellow BB lady i have met from the Canberra group here who meet up.. she came to visit yesterday and brought me a pressie for DD... she brought a very cute stuffed hippo- and also a ceramic money box in the shape of Noahs arc with cute animals.. now the bizarre and extreamly special thing about this gift is that we have Zahras ashes in a puta Noah's Arc Money box with cute animals .... I nearly cried when i opened it!!! The only difference between the two money boxes is that Zahras is silver (puta) and the ceramic one is all nice and colourful and they do have slightly different animals, but i am still gobsmacked. She had no idea about it (and i was a bit too shocked to go into it- but i PM'd her today to tell her how special it is to me) I would love to beleive that my angel babies spirits have come back to me- i lost a boy and a girl and i have been blessed with a little boy and now a little girl, and through my journey there have been some quite strange co-incidences like this that really make me feel that either my angels are very much looking after my DS + DD or that as i hope- they really have come back to me!! I just wanted to share my crazy thoughts with people who might understand!! Sorry to get sidetracked!!!

Love and belly rubs to all!!!

TENIBEAR>>>>>> I just saw your other thread about your preg tests i hope you get a definitive answer soon!! No AF is a great sign!! Fingers crossed for you xox

Thanks everyone I'm still here, and so is bubs (plural?)

Went to visit Ianto today, told him he's going to be a big brother I shouldn't have looked around though, because we have two new neighbours It's rare for me to cry at the cemetery (I usually feel so exposed) but I just broke down sobbing that it wasn't fair that these people lost their babies. I wasn't even crying for myself! I was just so heartbroken for these poor families who are going through similar to what I did only a few months ago... It wasn't til a little later when I broke down crying again (about something that wasn't even sad!) that I realised it was probably pregnancy hormones making me cry so much

I'm feeling quite good about this one. I'm getting a bit o morning sickness already, which I never got with Ianto. As well as the crying - I was perfectly fine with him, too. If it wasn't for the tests and ultrasounds, I wouldn't have believed I was pregnant with him! Hopefully this one will be a LOT more active than he was. I don't think it would've been picked up for about a week that he'd died if I hadn't fainted that day, because he was such a sleepy bubba that I wouldn't have thought much of not feeling him kick Scott said he's going to get strict with me and make sure I keep a kick chart. I didn't with Ianto out of sheer laziness (and a thought that I would just be stressing myself when he had slow days)
