A little ironic isn't it Dory, that had all of us just "let our body do their own thing", none of us would be where we are today... some of us lucky enough to already have our earth angels in our arms with new ones on the way, and others like yourself on the verge of meeting your little blessing. Intervention is what has gotten us all here today so of course it is a little hard to truly trust our bodies to "do the right thing"... thank god for supportive ob's and modern medicine lol.
