A belated Merry Christmas from me too! Hope everyone has had a lovely Chrissy!

Miss A's first Christmas has been very exciting...and emotional...and busy. Have had a great time.

I'm now in shut down mode in the lead up to our 19 week scan on Wednesday...I can feel myself holding my breath and retreating into my shell...praying my heart out that this little one is ok...the worry never ends hey!?@! Only 3 more sleeps until we see Miss A's little 'brister'...we're having a surprise again so bump is now affectionately refered to as 'brister' lol. Hope to be back on Wednesday with good news

    HI!!!
    Nice to hear from everyone!

Mummabec, congrats on 24 weeks! I hope you are able to worry a little less and rest a little easier.

Ellie, I know how stressful that 19/20 week scan can be. Why can't we just be excited! I hope that you are also able to relax a little after Wed.

Teagz, I can't wait to see some pictures of you bub!

AFM, We are TTC! Testing next week. I know, we're crazy!

Merry Xmas everyone! So wonderful to see those tickers moving along...well speeding along actually!

Just wanted to wish Teagz luck with the upcoming birth and can't wait to see your birth announcement!

Also, Laney - wow to TTC again & good luck with testing! Kaitlyn is older than Grayson but I still don't feel ready to go there again just yet. Maybe later this year. Got to stop BF and get the cycles back first though!

We had a lovely xmas; very different from last year when I was in hospital scared out of my mind wondering if we would have the outcome we hoped for. Kaitlyn is growing so fast now it is amazing and wonderful!

    Keep well ladies x

    Hi and Happy New Year!

Ellie- I hope your 19 week scan went well. Thinking of you.

beata- your ticker is moving right along.

AngelLukesmum- You might not be ready yet but it sounds like you have already been thinking about TTC! For me there will never be a time that I am more ready. Everyday will be difficult for me no matter when. I feel like I should try for a second earth angel before whatever is going on with my body get worse.

Way to go with the BF!!!! I was so stressed out I only lasted a month.

    Happy New Year everyone!

19 week scan was great! Bub perfect size and all anatomy checked out too...very happy. The not so good news is my placenta is anterior and low so now I'm praying like mad that it doesn't attach to my csection scar and cause me problems.

The other huge milestone for me...Miss A has totally weaned herself and also spent her first night in her own room last night...and she slept right through...even with the neighbours partying til 4am!!She is growing up way too fast!

Wishing you all a wonderful 2010 with many more bubs in arms xxx

    Hey hunnies

hope everyone had a nice NY. We went down south for a couple of days and stayed at my parents holiday house. It was nice to get away for a couple of nights but god i'm pooped now. Not to mention it was so nice and cool down south, and it's hot as hell back home now!!

Ellie, congrats on the scan! Bummer about the placenta but in the grand scheme of things it's not going to affect bubs health in anyway so try not to let it both you. I do hope that it moves to a nicer possie though and not your c-sec scar.

Laney, can't wait to here what your test comes back as How exciting (and incredibly nerve racking!) for you guys! I hope this journey is a quick one!

Beata, look at you ticking away there! Can't wait to hear your BA either, chick!

ALM, I know exactly how you feel about your chrissy/NY... My maternity leave this year started exactly the same time I went off from work last year once we found out about Jayvan, and this bub is due the same time as when I went back to work after I had time off after his birth... it is pretty spinny to think how different things are this year.

Well, I've only suposedly got a week to go! Getting excited... such a weird sensation to think that a baby could come out of me any day now... hopefully it's sooner rather than later, i wanna meet this little rat bag! (although I am a little torn between meeting him, and getting to keep my dancing belly for just a little longer )

Much love to you all, mwah!

Faint BFP today but with spotting so I really don't know what to make of it. I do spot a lot during pregnancy so who knows. I will take another test tomorrow and see if it has a darker second line. I am going to call the doctor anyway and get my blood thinner script. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Oh my gosh Laney congrats!! Have got the fingers crossed for you that it is a sticky one
Your previous post about never being more ready and everyday being difficult no matter when you TTC/are pg, made me realise that it is probably the same for me. I do want another baby but the reality that I will have to have surgery (for the stitch), possibly require bedrest again, suffer morning sickness, and just deal with the worry that comes with being pg, all while with a toddler...well that is never going to go away so I might as well just accept it and make sure I have the inner strength required to get me through the 9 months. ATM I'm not ready to deal with all that, but yes, TTC again does go through my mind even with all that. Sorry just had to get that out.

    Teagz...the countdown is on!

Laney!! Congrats! I have had spotting at the begining with both pregs, so don't let it dishearten you!!

ALM, The countdown is on indeed! But... I think I'm getting sick. Have a bit of a sore throat and just feel a bit meh in general... hopefully it clears up ASAP and doesn't affect in possible chances of going into labour - or labour full stop for that matter!

    Hi Girls,

I hope everyone had a great Christmas & New Years! So much seems to have happened in the last few weeks!

Teagz, I can't believe you are almost there chick, all the very best to you. I hope you start to feel better soon and that you have a fantastic straight forward labour. Can't wait to hear the news.

Laney, congrats on deciding to ttc again & I really pray that you have a lovely sticky BFP there. Keep us posted.

Ellie, great news about your 19-wk scan. I hope the placenta moves up to a nice high position.

Hi Jo, good to hear from you. Glad that you had a lovely Christmas, must have been special being Kaitlyn's first Christmas. I am looking forward to that next year with this bub.

AFM, have been quite well, starting to get big now - lol. We are also moving interstate - when I am 36 - 37 wks! Sounds crazy I know, but essentially we are going 'home', moving back to our house & out of this apartment and will be close to family & good friends. I have already booked into a great hospital & have found an OB which I had my first appointment with. He is also happy with me to continue my care here until we move. So far all is falling into place, but there is a lot to do. I am just praying that bubs doesn't decide to come early when DH is interstate getting the house organised & I am still here!

Hope everyone is well & keeping out of the heat!

    Hi Ladies!
Bleeding is still just spotting but it is heavier than I have ever had during pregnancy. It was mostly when I first got out of bed. I haven't passed anymore clots Not much that we can do but wait and see. I am going to take another test in the AM and it would be great to have a nice dark second line.

Jo- I am really starting to understand the not needing or wanting the extra stress right now. I didn't expect the first day of knowing that I am pregnant to be so stressful!

Berry- wow 30+ weeks now! You are very brave taking on a move when you are that pregnant! You are going to be extra busy those last few weeks.

Teagz- I hope you feel better!

I will be back in the AM, or PM for all of you.

Laney, sending you lotsa stickyvibes!! It's probably heavier when you first get up as it's pooling a bit during your sleep and all coming out at once when you get up. Aaah, the memories you're bringing back, stressful indeed!

AFM, I had an internal yesterday and Dr could barely reach by cervix so this bubs is in for the long haul! Kinda bummed, really don't wanna be induced, was hoping my body would cooporate with me this time and not hang onto bubs with all it's little might! Oh well... at least he'll be here eventually!

Ellie, Beata and Berry for you both!
