Thanks DGirl! No cramps today and I slept for 10 hours last night after having Lemsip, which the chemist said was okay.

PS: Snod - just make sure you don't take panadol as well as lemsip as it already has paracetamol in it.

I'm sure the pharmacist would have mentioned it, but just making sure.
