BFP can it be real

I have had 4 positive HPT's over as many days and the line is gradually getting darker. It doesn't feel real but DH and I are getting excited. Today I am only 4.4 wks and have had afternoon sickness all this week and tender boobs. I hope I am not imaging that this is really happening! Yay. It feels like an eternity since I was pregnant with angel baby.
