Excited but nervous

I'm pregnant again! I got the faintest second line yesterday at 9 or 10 DPO (FF gave me dotted lines, I reckon I O'd the day before they do). It was so faint, and only an internet cheapy with Chinese characters on it. I had to squint so hard to see it! It was just the slightest bit darker again this morning, but still very faint. So I bought some Discovery Onesteps today and got a pretty good positive on my lunch break! Hopefully I haven't given myself a UTI - I didn't pee for 5.5 hours so it was more concentrated

This was our first cycle trying after my miscarriage in April. I was trying not to get too hopeful, and sort of hoping that it wouldn't take longer than the three months it did with our first, but didn't really think it would happen 1st go! Especially as DH was away the day I O'd.

DH has been away on business (again), so doesn't know yet. I'm so looking forward to telling tonight when he gets back. I know he'll be pretty cautious about getting excited, he was bad enough last time, but I'm going to try to be positive.

So, fingers crossed for a sticky one. I really don't want to have to go through what I went through with the last one. Poor little bub.....I would have been 20 weeks today. Fertility Friend nicely reminded me of that when I went to the pregnancy section and realised I hadn't updated my details.

Congratulations!!!

Do stay positive, it makes a huge difference! I had a m/c in Jan of last year and fell pg again the very next cycle and went on to have my beautiful boy. So I'm sure it will all work out for you too!

DH will be home soon, I'm so looking forward to letting him know. We're not going to tell anyone until we get the all clear at 12w, which will be hard because a number of people know about my miscarriage. So you girls on here can be my support network for the time-being. Thanks in advance

Oh congrats!!!!
I had a m.c in April too

IKWYM about trying not to get excited. I really didn't get excited until a couple of days ago when I had to have a scan and saw the baby. And now that I'm excited I'm scared I'll be dissapointed again, lol.
