    The final one (again!)

We've got three gorgeous little girls & had decided that was enough. We'd been talking about hubby getting the snip or myself getting my tubes tied.

After telling anyone who'd listen that we were done, another has snuck in! I'm approx 5 weeks but my tests are still super faint so I'll be heading off for a blood test tomorrow to see if we can get a more accurate idea of how far along I am.

I'm nervous and excited.. The planning to make room for another is already worrying me but we've got plenty of time up our sleeves (so I keep reminding myself).

Anyone who's on #4 (or more), please give me some advice on cars (4 anchor points), probably second hand as this wasn't in our plans or budget!

I have three little girls and am pregnant with our fourth baby too!!!

Congratulations!!! I hope you get some clear answers with the tests, perhaps you ovulated a bit later this cycle??

There are always niggling worries even wth planned pregnancies, just take it one day at a time, as a process comes up go with that and try not to leap too far into the future. You have had a little surprise, it requires some digesting!!

AS far as carseats go, I will only have two in a carseats, but I know you can get some very slimline ones now and they are not too expensive new.

Go well with your journey x

    Congrats!!

We are expecting #4 and own a Prado 7 seater.
As for car seats, Infa Secure Kompressor (XT, Crown and Caprice) are the slimmest seat you can buy, base sized. For me I have 1 Infa Secure Racer booster + Kompressor Caprice (when I buy it!) in the middle row and 2 Racers in the back row

We are looking to buy a 2nd car ASAP as I can't drive the Prado - I need auto not manual! Thinking about a Pajero, another Prado or maybe Holden Zafira. Like yourself, we need second hand and have a budget no more then 7k at the most

Congratulations! Yes, those niggling worries you have with the #4.... Planned or unplanned! My brother recently bought a Holden zafira and I was interested to see if it would fit 4 car seats in. It might but t would be very tight. I'm looking at an Imax...although its not really affordable but hey, I have some time to save.
All the best with your pregnancy x

Opps I forgot to say what car we have!! We just bought a Mazda MPV. And I LOVE IT!!! we had a tight budget and picked one up for 10k, there were ones more expensive and ones cheaper. It has five seats in the back and any seat can be taken out we took the middle one out and have four seperate seats(looks like a plane) It is so easy for everyone to get in and out. All the seats slide forward and back to create more room. Plus two seats have latch fix. and Four anchor points. We were recommended this car by a few mechanics, they also have a timing chain not a belt so will go on and on and on!!! Goodluck buying a car!!

    Thank you everyone.

The Mazda MPV sounds like it would be a good fit, I'll start looking into cars & hashing out a budget plan for it. We were looking at buying a 4WD this year anyway because we can't get around with my nieces etc. but now it's a priority!

Ladybirdflies, I think I did O later but it makes even less sense to how this little one came about. With hubby working away, sex is a raritiy & the last time I can remember was 3 weeks ago at least! I did ask him yesterday but he couldn't remember either.

Congrats we are in the same belly group. I have surprise number 5 on the way, my oldest is 6 so I still have them all in car seats. I have a 2005 Mazda mpv - love it. We've had it for nearly 4 years and it is fantastic.

Congratulations, I have 3 little girls born the same years as yours and my little boy is due in 5 weeks. Just this week updated to a larger car we ended up getting a Chrysler Grand Voyager, the 3 girls are in the back row and baby will go in the middle row with a spare seat also in the middle row, we have only had the car 2 days but so far it is great!

(Ekk Mel, how exciting, I thought I sensed something )
