    Thank you for all your replies and well wishes ladies. It really hasn't sunk in yet. I keep forgetting and then I remember, it's like waking from a nice dream. I'm sure I'll believe it when the morning sickness kicks in.

    (my own sister is about to embark on chemo & radiotherapy for breast cancer ... If, you care to share any tips in my helping her I would be ever so grateful )
