I just got a BFP!!! "Is it real?"

    Hi girls,
Just wanted to announce that I just got a BFP this morning. But I am still feeling crampy like AF is coming... is that normal? I am so over the moon! I still cant believe it...is it real? I guess because I still feel cramping that I think it must be a mistake, but I really don't want it to be a mistake. When should I test again, to make sure? AF was due yesterday... but still has not arrived. Please send me your prayers, I really want to have this little buby stick!

Thanks... so I should be testing every day? When should I go for the blood test? I am silly I know, but do you think if i get too excited it can cause it not to stick?

    Wow still in shock!

Congrats!! Cramping was normal for me with my DD's.

Perhaps see your GP not for a BT and make sure all is well.

I got excited with my girls and they stuck!

    All the best

Congratulations!! Sending you loads of and wishing you a wonderful pregnancy!
I wait until I get a nice strong second line on my HPTs before I go to the doctors and I ask for a blood test to confirm the pregnancy and another one two days later to monitor the rise in hCG. Because I've had a couple of miscarriages, this time I also asked for my progesterone levels to be monitored. I did heaps of HPTs because I found watching that second line come up so exciting

lots of ladies still get cramping feelings like af is coming, it can also be the "implantation" when it nestles into your uterus!

Yes I did a test again this morning. I freaked out cause the second line took about 30 seconds to come up and although its very obvious (you dont have to squint) it was not as dark as the first line. I will see Dr tomorrow and get him to do another urine test as well as organise blood tests. The First Response test I used said that the lines didn't need to match they just need to be visible. I have had a few mild cramps today, but not enough to panic me. I have had no bleeding or even spotting (Thank God) I do have yellowish CM though. Other than feeling pretty tired and my boobs are starting to tingle. I feel really good. I am off to the gym tonight. Was going to do pump, but might just walk on the tread mill instead until I talk to Dr tomorrow to confirm what exercise I can do. I don't want to loose this little buby! So I am not willing to take any risks.
