    A little stunned!

I just got a BFP. My husband is still lying in bed asleep and doesn't know yet. I just needed to share with someone.

I have been away for 6 months. Both physically and virtually. I wasn't sure where to post this. I just got back at the end of November. I guess his boys have been building up steam while I was away.

I had been feeling a bit strange, but I was telling myself it was just PMS as usual so I wouldn't get hopes up. Of course seeing every woman with a baby in Australia over the last 4 days has not helped.

I had this plan in my head of how I would tell hubby. He loves his coffee so I thought I would put the stick on the coffee cup like a spoon. But, we are out of coffee and milk and we are going out for breakfast! LOL! Need new plan. It is awfully close to Christmas, so I have wrapped the stick up in a box. I can't figure out if I should wait until then or tell him now. I am not sure I have the willpower. Thoughts anyone?

It seems fake almost. I have no idea what to do next. I don't even have a doctor here. Ok. Freaking out.

    First of all. congrats!
If he is still asleep, maybe you could pop the wrapped up box under the tree, and wake him up saying, "honey look! the elves have left us an early christmas present!!"

    - WOO HOO!!!!

I don't think I'd have the willpower to wait til Christmas! What does he do in the mornings?? Maybe you could attach it to the computer if you know he'll check his email first thing?

Or attach it to the underside of the toilet seat so he'll se it when he goes in! Hahahah

Don't mind me and my crazy ideas - I've only had 5 hours sleep!!

I did take a picture of it. He sits and reads his email every morning. (He's off today). I thought about sending it in an email for him to open.
He's up now, doing that exact thing. Two computer nerds on their own computers. One with a secret

Hahaha, send him an email with a pic of the BFP, and a pic of your huge grin, and wait for his reaction.....

Men are like a fine wine. They start out as grapes, and its up to women to stomp the crap out of them until they become something acceptable to have dinner with!

    Thanks everyone!

So, of course, I could not wait until Christmas .
I went with the present thing - since I had it wrapped up anyway.
When he got out of the shower, I told him I had an early Christmas gift for him. He was funny, he said, 'That's not allowed. You can't open gifts early!" What guy doesn't want to open a gift early?? My husband, that's who! LOL! So I told him that it was a special gift that couldn't be opened in front of his family. That seemed to work, made him curious enough. I think he thought it was a sex toy!

So we are happy, but scared!
    Here's praying Bub sticks!
Baby dust to everyone out there TTC.
