Hey Shades- I have only just joined the belly buddies bunch for late October.

I'm afraid I'm all the way over on the west coast but it will be great to share the journey online with you!!

Feeling a little headachey and nauseous today - can't wait until this phase is over!!

I'm perversely glad I'm not the only one getting nausea... I've been told by EVERYONE that it's too early and I must be imagining it - all I know is that I can smell EVERYTHING and it ALL SMELLS BAD!! And I have to nibble constantly because if my tummy gets empty it's badness incarnate...

Lol- Shades you make me laugh. Nausea is the pits, isn't it? I can't muster up the strength to do anything.... my house is looks like a pig sty (). Looking at it makes me feel sick, and the thought of tidying it makes me feel sick.....
Oh, what a dilemma!

Fingers are crossed that the nausea steps down a notch next week....
