Is it really true? Did I actually see a 2nd line !!!! OMG!!!

We decided to start to TTC again just this month and went to my OB and got Metformin and discussed taking assisted conception and I am now a few days late and just did a test and OMG I think I see a 2nd line??? Im in shock, we have never concieved naturally at all at any time and tried for 22 months before concieving Julia with assisted conception - so girls - please wish me all the sticky vibes in the world for a healthy bubba!!! - OMG im dancing round in circles ATM!!!!
