    Thanks everyone . . . . . .

RoryRory- thanks for checking in on me. I am going well, I am really tired, and have developed a cold, which the Doc said was probably due to Immune System going up the creek, but it's not too bad. I don't really "feel" pregnant, which kinda "slightly" puts that thought in my head, but I am pretty good at ignoring it too. We are booked for our Dating scan for 6th July so 11 days to go hehehehe, I soooooo hope we are going to have a beautiful little Bubba in there this time, I can't be bothered thinking about what it would feel like if it was a repeat of last time. How are you going? You are over 1/2 way there, lucky you. I hope you are feeling well x

Fingers crossed for 6 July then! FWIW my blighted ovum pregnancy felt decidedly different to my others so if you felt different last time that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

As for me, I am feeling really well - the stronger the kicks, the safer I feel

Yay, had our scan today, you could see a Baby in there this time whoo-hoo!! It's heart was beating away at 136BPM and he said that was perfect. He did say that I was measuring 6w/4d but going by 1st day of last AF I should be 7w/4d, so I hope it catches up later. I was hoping he would say it was measuring right on schedule, but I guess nothing is ever textbook. I am so happy right now, I know things can still go wrong, but I am very thankful that it is not a Blighted Ovum this time.

i am SO glad your scan went well ive been waiting to hear the news and dont worry about the measurements they were trying to tell me DD2 was 6 days off of my dates due to the ultrasound sizing but she came right on my timing and as you said nothing is ever textbook its all just a rough guide no 2 babies are ever the same. Im so happy for you

    Yippee!!!

All sounds normal to me At 19 weeks 4 days I was measuring between 20 and 21 weeks for my Bub and they said that was a normal range. It can go a week or 2 either side in some cases!

Great news that you have a healthy bub in there! So happy for you!

P.S - MrsS just saw your signature! I have my fingers crossed for you love!

thanks Blondie im pretty nervous/scared/excited all rolled into one! Congratulations on a boy you lucky duck!

Babybino - I had another thought too re the size although by all means it is not a problem my midwife told me although i had to have an early u/s due to high risk she said they cant really say so early how far along you are its only around 10 weeks where it is more accurate which is why most people have there first scan then. So hopefully that puts your mind at ease

Great news! With my first I was convinced my dates were X but the first scan showed Y, so much so that I had to have a floow up scan the next week. All turned out well and DS arrived on his due date.

    Congratulations

Thanks Ladies, I know the dates fly around from one thing to another, it's just that this is our 1st and I now realize how annoying it is lol. I think I am going to go along thinking it is my date, but for the sake of scans etc, I will ask the Doctor tomorrow night what he thinks I should do.

MrsS- Wowsers!!!!!!!!! You are one day late . . . . . . .. .. . . I have everything crossed for you girlie! When are you going to POAS?

Shar- no problems, I keep forgetting to do "everything" at the moment!

Blondie- well done on having a boy, that is fantastic news. I hope he will one day become a good big brother to his siblings and looks after them x

RoryRory- lucky you having Bubs on the due date, I only hope I can be the same, if not, close!
