Pregnant BUT............

Hi everyone

I have just had my 3rd pregnancy test (blood test after IVF) & the result is positive but my HCG levels are still very low. My first test my level was 10, 3 days later my level was 25 & now a week later my level is 89. My HCG levels were very low with Blake (not quite that low though) & everything turned out just fine so i am hopeful & have everything crossed that it will be a great outcome again this time.

Has anyone else had really low HCG levels to start with ???? I would love to hear from others with a similar experience.

I am excited & thinking positive because last time turned out just fine so please keep everything crossed for me

congratulations! wishing you a healthy pregnancy im sure all will be well! how many weeks are you? i know my hcg levels were not on the higher end but its such a wide variety that they can be and its a good sign they are still rising.

I agree that rising as they are cant be a bad sign Char.. but I guess it is one of those horrible, very typical IVF moments when you will just have to wait and see.... I have everything crossed for you matey.... GOOD LUCK!

It's good that you're levels are at least increasing. What has your GP or OB said about them? I'd also be interested to find out!

Thanks for your good wishes Girls !! I 'FEEL' pregnant (sore boobs, crampy ovaries, hungry all the time even when i feel sick) so im hoping its just a slow starter like Blake !

Leesa the Dr said they are very low levels but its still a positive result & at the end of the day the numbers dont matter so long as the scan is ok. Im booked in for a scan on Sept 25th, so fingers crossed its all ok. Im just going to take it really easy until then.
