Cookie, I don't think I will be able to continue because my measurements will just keep going up! I'll stick in from time to time to give my support though

Besides I still want to tone my arms, at least the top half of me will look good in my wedding dress!

Laranna, I got my BFP after starting the beginning of 2009 12 week challenge... seems it was just as I got really motivated to shift those few excess kgs that my body decided differently!

Good luck with the upper body work. I am sure you will gorgeous in your dress!
