Thats wonderful hun that it is your 3rd, sorry I was sort of in two minds when you posted.(re how many kids between you and DH), wasnt sure if this was your 1st or your 3rd TBH. The comments from family and friends may continue but try and ignore it. This little bub is going to be just as much loved by you and your DH as well as the other members of your family once he/she is born. GL with having another talk to DH tonight.
