    unexpectedly expecting #2

I know I'm new to this forum, but I hope it's okay for me to post a pregnancy announcement!!!!

On Christmas Eve I realised my period was 3 or 4 days late (depending on a 27 or 28 day cycle), I had NO pregnancy symptoms, but figured I'd test just to confirm that I wasn't pregnant.

Lo & behold, there was a faint line! I thought it may be an evaporation line, so did another test. Again, a faint line! Christmas Day I did another test - and again a faint line! I did another test yesterday & it was VERY obviously positive - and my hcg levels were 297 (4w5d) - so yes, I'm pregnant!

I had an ectopic pregnancy earlier in the year, so I'm very apprehensive about things, and am trying to be patient while waiting for a scan in a week or two!

I do have m/s & am pretty tired at night, so I hope that's all a good sign.

My daughter (Jayda) is 14 months old - and funnily enough her latest word is 'Bubba'. Maybe she was trying to tell me something?!
