Thanks everyone for your well wishes! I'm still pinching myself a bit (even though I've had since Sunday afternoon when I got my first "invisible" second line to get used to the idea) because I really had resigned myself to a much longer TTC journey. I'm ten years older this time and it took 7 months to fall last time. I went to bed last night feeling kind of flat, and I realised what the feeling was: Sheer relief!
