Just sleep or rest when you can. My first trimester knocked me for six & I just had to listen to my body and take it easy where I could

    Iron levels ok? Thyroid ok?

Other than that rest when you can, get some fresh air in the mornings.

I have a nanna nap with DH gets home at 6pm, get up about 7pm for dinner and normally asleep back on the couch by 8:30pm. Up at 5:30am with the boys.
