4 1/2 weeks blood clots help

    Hi,
I'm really early in my 2nd pregnancy. I've noticed a pink smudge twice today when wiping after peeing, then tonight I found a couple of dark blobs (clots? But stringy kind of texture) in bottom of toilet. I have hard a couple of slight pains here or there today, and am currently really aware of my lower right abdomen with a very slight crampy feeling. I never had anything like this with my first pregnancy. I'm a bit worried, can anyone tell me if this could be normal/ ok?

It could be. Lots of women have bleeding in the first tri and go on to have healthy babies. There are a few reasons for bleeding.
That said, give your doctor a call and tell them you are pregnant and bleeding and ask them to fit you in asap.
Head to the ED if you feel like you need to.
    hope all is ok.

    How's everything now?

I've had bleeding either all 3 of my earthside babys.
I wore panty lines and would change twice or 3 times in 24hours. Lasted from a few days to about a week.

If you can, take it easy, put your legs up and watch some dvds. Rest as much as you can.
If you wear a liner it gives you a better idea of amounts and you can show your Dr- if they want to see it.

If your still spotting tomorrow I'd get it checked but if not then wouldn't bother if you haven't had any mc before.

I also feel a doc visit is a good idea if you are still bleeding. I've had bleeding in all 3 pregnancies. One ended in a mc and the other two babies, so it could go either way.

I've just been to the loo and found the bowl totally red... Light red blood this time, no clots. Still a bit crampy this morning, like a period cramp. I think I better get off to the doctor today

Thanks for replies. I had no idea you could bleed in pg and be ok. I am worried now that its still going. Will let you know what happens.

Thanks for the kind words of support, it means a lot. It's clear that I'm no longer pregnant. I'm very sad and don't have much else to say right now.
