Bit of a silly question here - does breathing in the smell of a smoker (you know, how the smell lingers on their clothes and around them) count as passive smoking?

The person who sits next to me at work is a very heavy smoker, and the smell has always bothered me, but now I'm a bit worried about it's effect on bubs. I think it's probably needless worry (actual smoke still lingering around him would be very minimal to non existent) but I thought I'd ask.

Thanks
