I just got a BFP yesterday as a result of our IVF treatment, I continued to exercise as usual during the 2WW and will do so throughout my pregnancy. I was told to just lower my weights as ligaments and joints get weaker during pregnancy. I too am a personal trainer, and believe that we should maintain the same level of activity throughout the pregnancy, but lower the intensity. I no longer run but I do speed walk, and lighter weights.
