I have found premiums (the original salty cracker things) for when I need salty food and lattice biscuits when I need sweet! Both dry but yummy.

Also fruit like white nectarines and yellow peaches have helped!! Vegemite toast but not on white bread cause that makes me bloat more and feel sicker so have been having it on flaxseed and quinoa bread (helgas) and so far so good. I have been wanting COLD stuff too!! Like frosty fruit icy poles, putting ice in all my drinks, drinking iced water when usually I hate cold water! Anything cold!!

Ginger is FERAL so I can't have anything remotely ginger tasting!! Shudder...

I have been taking blackmores morning sickness tablets tho (with a massive mouthful of juice so I dont taste the ginger lol) and they seem to be really helping as long as I take one every 8ish hrs! I forgot yesterday and felt the sickest since getting gastro last weekend!!

Its trial and error with MS!! Just keep trying everything until something works!!
