I can understand you being worried, but really try not to be! I ate something earlier in this pg that once I realised I **** myself, but my OB said in 25 years he has never seen a case of listeria! So it really isn't common, as Alan pointed out The worry makes you sick to your stomach though, doesn't it?
If you are still really concerned, then contact your Dr. Don't forget that it won't be long until they will be able to detect your bubs heartbeat with a doppler, so maybe you'll be able to hang out until then, rather than have another scan? We first heard ours via doppler at 15w0d.
