Doctor just could not figure out how I had gotten a positive home test 4 days ago, 2 neg tests in the office and nothing showed on the scan. Despite my telling him the US tech said it was probably too early to see anything

Well, yanno, Im no doctor but Id guess I WAS pregnant, lost it, hcg is gone and now my body is expelling it. And nothing on the scan is either cause its too early or its gone. Idiot.
Or it was a false positive. Not sure how likely that is though.. I had symptoms Id never even considered, like nightmare, insomnia, frequent weeing (never had that with DS and assumed it would be the same or similar this time), etc. If it is my period its still 4 days late and it feels different. The pain is different.
He gave me a blood test referral for tomorrow and marked it urgent. We'll see what that comes back with. I really dont hold much hope. Ive been cramping all day and bleeding has ramped up.
