Congratulations again!

The bloating does ease! Well it did for me both times, started out bad then got better and less obvious for a time before the baby part made itself known! It tend to be worse at night, I'm not sure there is much you can do to hide it. When it is early days and people don't know your news they are generally too polite or unsure to call you out on a bit of bloating because it could just be a big pasta lunch LOL!
