I think it is important to get your blood group tested - this is especially important for subsequent tests to avoid rhesus disease.

Dr's appt went well. Dr said that the tests are required for mine and the bubs health which is fine. So I will get it done in the next week or so. The Dr said the nurses are lovely and are fantastic at what they do.. which made me feel more at ease. He said they can lay me down and try and make it as easy as possible for me.

Hollye- It's not as easy as "biting the bullet" hun. When you pretty much have an anxiety attack each time you need blood taken and have had a number of bad experiences it's not something I can just go and do easily.

Edit- Schmick... I know my blood group from my previous pregnancy with Oscar, so that's no issue.

Guess what? I have fainted at least 4 times with the sight of my own blood. Not sure how I had a baby but I was fine! I hate blood tests and can NEVER sit in the chair, they lie me down every time and try and take my mind off what is happening by talking to me about interesting things! I have anxiety too when it comes to the crunch.

Good luck with everything, you will be fine lying down, nurses sound nice.
