hello, i have sisters that had have babies, (family members that have gone through what you are going through always have some good advice!) me im on my first! what ive always heard was that its best to get around and exersize. even if its just a walk once a day. I was told that it makes delivery much easyer.
    so ride away!

My GP who I went to initially said I should stay away from my bike, mostly because I only got it for Christmas, so I wasn't that good at it, and because of my vagueness/pregnant version of what good balance is, I'm more likely to crash.

But if you're lovely and co-ordinated, I can't see why not...?

I was riding every day until a week before the baby was due. Just take it slow and steady. And enjoy some fresh air and exercise.
