I have always slept on my stomach and find it really difficult to get to sleep any other way. Last night I promised myself that I wouldn't sleep on my stomach all night in an attempt to break the habit. I had the worst night sleep which doesn't help when I'm struggling with fatigue and nausea as it is.
Is it bad to be sleeping on my stomach this early in the pregnancy? Hopefully I will reach the stage where it is just physically impossible. Any ideas would be very appreciated.
