Unhappy Can you get PUPPPS rash in first trimester??? I'm freaking out

Okay so the last 2 weeks I have had a mild itch on my undies line where my leg meets my pelvis area if thats how you can describe it, and its getting more itchy every day but i try hard to ignore it. The rash now has spread on both sides and when i take my undies off to pee it aggravates it and makes me want to scratch it straight away but i resist.
Thought it was ezcema but I don't get that problem really and this morning when i woke it has become swollen one side. Seeing Dr today. I have tried soothing creams and ezcema creams but nothing works. It's even spread a little to under my arms on both sides.

I had this condition with my 1st pregnancy in the last few weeks on my tummy and it was HELL..... HELP!!!!! I am freaking out, what if it stays with me for the rest of the pregnancy I will go insane.... I am barely 12 weeks yet!!!!!

I got it early on, then went away and started coming back in 3rd trimester. I find coconut oil helps a bit. Heat makes it worse so try to keep cool.

I had an itch in pregnancy that was not PUPPPS. No diagnosis was able to be made at the time, but I was advised to take antihistamines (Phenergan, one of the few that are safe in pregnancy) and this made life bearable for me. I continued post pregnancy, and I was eventually diagnosed with idiopathic urticaria (itchy rash for an unknown reason!) Your Dr should check your liver salts, or something, by a BT, but PUPPPS tends to be worse on hands and feet, and is not the only cause of itches in pregnancy.

The reason I suspect it's PUPPPS is because I've had it before, it's very similar looking and feels the same. But I could be wrong. Dr will see me this afternoon so I'll have some answers hopefully.

I will try coconut oil, thanks

try alternateing between coconut oil and alovira (if you can get a plant and brake a leaf off and rub it every where)
another thing is cucumber slices and drinking water with cucumber in it (cooling) hope it eases for you soon.
